We are professional fitness coaches.

Every client at Lanista has a unique prescription for exercise and nutrition.
The prescription is 100% derived on each client’s goals and budget.

We offer coaching in three levels of service:

Our CrossFit Group Class Membership is great for all fitness abilities!! Get great RESULTS based workout in a PRIVATE facility with a group of fun & SUPPORTIVE people.  AND you’ll have a professional, dedicated Coach guiding you every step of the way! There’s no more going it alone!

While our Group Class program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats personal training.  Personal Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to focus on your individual fitness needs. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve success as quickly as possible.

Lanista Youth Team Camps focus mainly on body mechanics and awareness without the use of weights (squatting, running, jumping, pressing, etc.) while still learning new skills (rope climb, handstand hold, box jumps, throwing, etc.).The kids camp also enjoys the luxury of the occasional fun games in class that challenge their coordination, reaction time, and teamwork.
